CommUnify conceived and designed Community Action Virtual Onboarding (CAVO) interactive eTool to support a shared understanding of community action and the ROMA Performance Management Framework amongst staff, volunteers, board members, and clients. Portions of the Community Action Virtual Onboarding (CAVO) program were developed using funds from the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) discretionary allocation #20F-3401 and #20F-4042 provided by the California Community Action Partnership Association (CalCAPA).
